How do you ship your items?

We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). During checkout, you can choose your shipping speed. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing before your order ships.

Can I do local pickup?

Yes! We will reach out when your order is ready and you can pickup from our ticket office.

I love this shirt, but my size shows unavailable. Help!

Friends of the Belle, a 501c3 nonprofit, supports Belle of Louisville Riverboats’ efforts to provide meaningful and engaging experiences on the water like no one else can. Through a wide range of programming, passengers are encouraged to explore history, the arts, and the cultural heritage of the Ohio River and Louisville in a way that represents diverse stories and honest experiences. I didn't get to purchase my photo while onboard? Is there a way to get a printed or digital copy after my cruise?

YES!  We would love to make sure you have the photo from your day on the river!  You can purchase the digital photo here OR contact Guest Services at tickets@belleoflouisville.org and we can arrange to send you a printed copy of the photo (printed photo cost and postage payment required)
